When you click file%26gt;print the print wizard will start and you can click on the properties tab next to your printer's name and in the window that pops up click on the paper tab to change the type of paper etc. You can also change the print quality settings this way as well.
Note... this only works if you use file%26gt;print, if you just click on the print icon it generally prints directly without allowing you to make adjustments.Printer epson dx 4050 (no book) how do i adjust for gloss paper?
on printing preferences click on plain paper and then choose glossy.
click the preferences tab and you should get a variety of print options.I've a dx 5000.
