Lip Plumper is amazing.





Its a way to make your lips appear similar, and it does, it plumps them.





When you first put it on, it tingles your lips, not in a harsh way, it feels cool!





Its amazing and a really cool thing that a lot of the young stars do instead of getting plumpers injected in their lips.





It does not last forever, maybe like 4 hours or so!
